Since all of our dresses are custom-made based on your measurements, we do not accept returns for sizing issues. Please ensure your measurements (shoulder, bust, waist, height) are accurate before placing the order.

We will only accept returns or issue a full refund under the following conditions:

• The wrong item or design was delivered.
  
  

To request a return or refund:
